As Managing Director of OGCI and OGDC, he leads the overall strategy and execution of both organizations, coordinating climate commitments, engaging with institutional stakeholders, shaping external policy positions, and guiding long-term development.
Prior to his current role, Julien led Climate & Energy Services at EY, supporting corporations in designing and implementing low-carbon strategies. His earlier roles include coordinating climate initiatives at TotalEnergies and managing environmental liabilities across industries at AECOM. He also serves on the Steering Committee of the OECD's EFFECT Program, which supports extractive-based countries in achieving just and sustainable low-carbon transitions.
Gaëlle brings over 20 years of experience in asset management and impact investing across emerging markets, with a deep focus on sustainable agriculture and carbon project development. She began her career supporting microfinance networks in Latin America and Africa, before joining responsAbility Investments in Switzerland, where she helped develop agriculture-focused debt funds. A former Board Member of Oikocredit Netherlands, Gaëlle has long been committed to financial inclusion and regenerative practices.
In 2023, she joined South Pole as Global Director of the Structuring team, leading efforts to source, assess, and structure Nature-based Solutions (NbS) and Article 6 investment opportunities for institutional investors. She is also the co-founder of GonneGirls Farm, a regenerative agriculture initiative in Normandy. With 15 years of experience in sustainable agricultural investments and impact strategy, Gaëlle offers invaluable insight and leadership at the intersection of climate finance and regenerative land use.
Guillaume is a senior executive with nearly 20 years of global experience at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and nature-based solutions. A pioneer in agricultural transition and sustainable supply chains, he co-founded Livelihoods Venture in 2011, where he co-managed more than €300 million in impact investments across over 20 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Guillaume brings a rare blend of financial expertise and deep field experience in agroforestry, ecosystem restoration, and carbon projects.
With a background in finance and a decade in the financial sector, he has since focused on bridging the gap between corporate actors, farmers, NGOs, and the public sector to scale high-impact environmental initiatives. Guillaume now advises select corporates and financial institutions in accelerating investments in nature-based solutions and serves as a Senior Advisor to Resilient Landscapes.
Stephanie is a seasoned expert in sustainable forestry and compliance, with over 15 years of experience across Africa. She has led complex projects from greenfield implementation to fund management and consulting, with a strong focus on environmental and social safeguards, including the IFC Performance Standards and FSC Principles & Criteria. Prior to joining Forestry Solutions Africa in 2025 as a Director, Stephanie held senior roles at Miro Forestry and Green Resources, where she championed business integrity, environmental and social governances and gender equity.
With a BSc in Environmental Science and an MA in African Studies, she brings deep expertise in risk-based project management, cultural transformation, and foreign direct investment due diligence within the forestry sector.
